We are deeply grateful to see how warmly audiences have embraced the show, and incredibly proud of every member of our cast and creative team who brought this story to life.

Through theatre, we hope to bring a little more kindness, warmth, and happiness into the world—and we will continue creating meaningful and inspiring productions for our community.

Our dream is to begin here in PEI and bring that warmth to audiences around the world. Step by step, we will make it happen.

🎭 PEI THEATRE MARKETING & TICKET SALES LEAD WANTED

PAID CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY

ArcticStar Theatre is seeking an experienced, PEI-based Marketing & Ticket Sales Lead to support the next stage of our original family production, Cubby Bear and the Adventure Home.

We are planning an extended run in the Charlottetown area and are looking for someone who can develop the marketing strategy and actively lead its execution—helping grow audiences, build partnerships and drive ticket sales.

Responsibilities include:
• Assess the market potential for the proposed run
• Develop a practical marketing strategy, timeline and budget
• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns
• Lead media relations and publicity outreach
• Build partnerships with schools, families, tourism organizations, businesses and community groups
• Develop group-sales and community ticketing opportunities
• Coordinate promotional activities and local outreach
• Set ticket-sales goals, track campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed
• Work closely with the ArcticStar Theatre team throughout the campaign

This is a hands-on paid contract position, not simply an advisory role. We are looking for someone who is ready to take ownership of the campaign and help turn strategy into measurable audience engagement and ticket sales.

Experience in theatre, live entertainment, tourism, family programming, event marketing or ticket sales is an asset. Strong connections within the PEI media, tourism, education or community sectors are highly valued.

The scope of work, schedule and compensation will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
