Getting to the PEI International Shellfish Festival just got easier! 🦪🚌

Our Festival Shuttle will be running Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 11:30 AM to midnight, with pickups every 30 minutes.

Shucking Good Spirits: PEI's first-ever all-inclusive cocktail competition is on! 🍹 🍸 🥃

Calling all PEI bartenders: this is your shot at the stage. Create an original cocktail featuring a Deep Roots Distillery spirit and a local ingredient, and you could be one of five finalists shaking it out live at the Charlottetown Event Grounds on September 20, as part of the PEI International Shellfish Festival presented by the Dairy Farmers of PEI. The winning bartender takes home $1,000 cash plus prizing from Deep Roots Distillery, and a spot on stage in front of the Festival crowd.

The Rules:
- Feature a Deep Roots Distillery product (full spirit list shared at registration)
- 5 ingredients max, plus garnish
- Include one locally sourced or foraged ingredient
- Design it to work on a real menu, whether as a palate cleanser or a shellfish pairing
- Submit your original recipe with full measurements and prep notes

Happy Opening Day of the Fall Wild Oyster Fishery.

Today we’re thinking about the fishers who make this season possible. Your determination and grit don’t go unnoticed, and we’re grateful for everything you put into this work.

We know this is a hard chapter for so many across our province and for the fishery as a whole. Times are tough right now, and we don’t take that lightly. So as we celebrate the start of the season, we’re also holding space for what you’re carrying.
