We’re looking for teachers, vendors, and volunteers to join us! 🙌

We are happy to be squeezing in another Festival before the snowfalls! Join us!! Tickets are on sale! 1st 50 tickets are discounted till sept 1st. Snag them now!

PLUS..we are asking for your support to give us a follow, comment or share this with your friends! Our 1st one was successful, we just couldn't wait to fire up another one!! So many incredibly talented individuals came together and made this all happen. The forest and flow family continues to grow and expand and we want YOU to be a part of it! 🌲Forest and Flow Yoga Festival 2026🌲 Presents Jen Valiquette from Silver Birch Place in Arnprior offering her spinal flow sessions. Come check it out and dont forget to check out her wonderful space and events in Arnprior, ON✨️

Jen Valiquette is a Registered Nurse, Spinal Flow Technique practitioner, and founder of holistic wellness centre Silver Birch Place in Arnprior. Jen will be offering Spinal Flow Technique sessions at her tent in the vendors market.

She believes that regulating the nervous system and optimizing its function is critical to health and wellbeing. Through gentle contact over clothes, on specific access points along the spine, the nervous system begins to regulate, the body returns to balance, and innate healing flows.

The Spinal Flow Technique can help the body to release blockages caused by physical injuries, emotional stress or toxins, to improve the movement of energy through the nervous system, resulting in improvement of symptoms from a variety of health issues.

🌲 Forest and Flow Yoga Festival 2026🌲 Welcomes Monica from Wild Rising to our Vendor Market. Monica will be teaching and vending this year! Come check her out!

💫Monica – a shamanic seer and starseed oracle – will be holding intentional space for sessions throughout the day, including Higher Self Readings, Soul Purpose Alignment, Power Animal Retrievals to connect with your spirit guide, and 2-Person Connection Sessions to explore the Soul Contracts between loved ones. She will also be offering her handcrafted ritual tools, each curated with local botanicals and infused with ancient earthly wisdom.

💫Pre-registration for a private session during the festival is highly encouraged if you would like Monica to consult with Spirit Guides in advance to offer you deeper insights from other realms.
