Tamar Ilana & Ventanas is a 6-piece global music and flamenco band based in Toronto, Canada. Founded in 2011 by "powerhouse vocalist" (Downbeat Magazine) and Jewish-Indigenous artist Tamar Ilana, they've received 4 CFMA nominations, and toured across Canada, the US, Colombia, Portugal, Ireland and Spain. Jing Xia is a professional guzheng artist and ethnomusicologist based in Newfoundland, Canada. Born and raised in Hunan, China, Xia began her musical journey at the age of six, mastering the guzheng and eventually earning degrees in Music Performance (B.A.), Arts Management (M.A.), and Ethnomusicology (Ph.D.). Her recent accolades include the 2023 East Coast Music Award for "Roots/Traditional Recording of the Year" and the 2023 MusicNL Award for "Album of the Year" for her solo album The Numinous Journey. She was also named the 2023 MusicNL “Solo Artist of the Year” and 2022 MusicNL "Rising Star of the Year". 🎶

Lennie Gallant is an award-winning East Coast songwriter with sixteen albums, including his new release Shelter From the Storms. His iconic “Peter’s Dream” is in the Canadian Songwriters Hall of Fame, and one of his albums even orbited Earth aboard the International Space Station. Gallant has performed with symphonies and artists like Jimmy Buffett, who featured him as a vocalist and co-writer. A gifted storyteller and humanitarian, he was appointed to the Order of Canada. He also performs in the duo Sirène et Matelot.🎻
