Hi guys! I posted this yesterday but thought I'd clarify that I'm still practicing, teaching workshops, commissions, etc. Just thought I'd offer to rent it out when I'm not using it. If you know someone that may be interested, please share!
Artist Studio Space for Daily Rent. 188 square feet (10ft x 18ft) $75 a day per artist. Discounted rates for weekly or monthly use. Studio is heated in colder months. Backyard space can be used in warmer months for breaks. Keurig, coffee/tea provided. This is a garage conversion so the supply washing station and bathroom are in interior.
Uses that can be accommodated include: Drawing, acrylic/oil/water colour painting, fashion design and jewellery design.
No wood working, welding, spray painting, sound production, classes or art shows.
House Rules: Cleaning oil paint brushes off site. Cleaning of studio after use. No smoking inside or pets. Please bring and take home your supplies as the cabinets are full of my own. No sharing of $75 fee with other artists. Myself and others will schedule their start and end time in advance. Hours of available studio time is 7am-9pm, any day of the week. Payment is required in advance of using the space, e-transfer preferred.
