This year, the WM2 experience expands into two one-week intensives and a two-week residency at Contemporary Calgary, culminating in a public performance at the Helen Edwards Theatre.
Across four weeks of creation and rehearsal, artists will immerse themselves in W&M’s physically charged, emotionally grounded language — exploring what it means to dance with purpose, presence, and courage.
Rehearsals are unpaid; participating artists receive a performance stipend.
How to Prepare:
Please arrive warmed up and ready to move.
Be prepared for guided improvisation as well as class
