It has been a full year since I published my first poetry book “The Letters You Will Never Receive”. I could not be more grateful for all of those who helped me, supported me, and kept me sane during that process. Thank you all for everything and more. The outcome has exceeded my expectations more than you could imagine.
I started actively writing this book during a very pivotal time in my life. I had nothing and everything to lose all at the same time. Everything was falling apart but also falling into place. I was sparked with the motivation and idea from a very special person in my life and from there I spent every waking hour on this book. What was a promise to my self to finish what I started, became something I still cannot wrap my head around.
To say I’m an author and a poet is insane, but to say I am a self published author and poet is a whole new level of insanity. This could not have been done without all of you, and to that I say thank you. From the bottom of my heart you all made little Haliemarie’s dream come true.❤️
