⚠️ Schedule Update for Rocky Mountain Meltdown ⚠️

With weather moving in Saturday night and into Sunday, we’re adjusting the schedule to make sure we still get a full, action-packed weekend of racing!

New Event Schedule:
✅ Friday:
5:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Open Practice
✅ Saturday:
Doors open at 8:30 AM
Racing starts at 9:30 AM
3 Qualifiers & Mains

Tell your friends, charge those packs, and come be part of an incredible season opener!🏁

❗️IMPORTANT INFORMATION❗️

After our club meeting we had today its decided that:

- ⭐️MOVED CLUB RACE⭐️ from Sunday July 27th to Saturday July 26th.

- After racing on the 26th, we are doing a ⭐️TEAR DOWN⭐️ of the track to prep for work to be done the next day.

- The 27th is a
⭐️TRACK WORK⭐️ day

❗️REBUILD / NITRO STAMPEDE DATE INFO❗️

After the 26th + 27th race / work days:

- The Nitro Stampede is officially
‼️⭐️AUGUST 8-10th⭐️‼️

- We will start our
⭐️TRACK REBUILD 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO THE NITRO STAMPEDE⭐️, as we need a new plan for our drainage system and have a fresh start on the track.

There will be opportunities to volunteer for BOTH weekends, all hands on deck are appriciated and valued. There will be more details on official dates / plans for the rebuild soon.

- Gates open = 9am
- Registration = 9am-10am
- Club meeting = 10-11am
- Race Start = 11am

Club meeting is ALL members, including potential members as well. Can’t wait to see everyone out there!

R/C GEARS points race scheduled for June 22. We also ask all members and Non-members to attend a General Meeting to discuss the future events of the club.
