We’ve approved a few more vendors YycFanFair today! If you haven’t gotten an email from us yet either way, you’re still in the running. We’re going to do one more wave of approvals in early June and then we should be full so make sure to get your applications in before the end of May. If you were at expo, we have 10x10 booths so you can potentially take your setup from there and plunk it down with us in August!

Quick update! We've approved another couple of artists and waitlisted a few more. With that we've turned off artist registration on the website (button is gone from the artist section).

Still interested in showing your art wares to YYC Fan Fair goers? We still have another round of vendor slot approvals coming so get your vendor application in!

Thanks again for everyone's early interest in this years show.

And remember - applications only go through our website. Anyone else on facebook or other social media selling spots at our show are dirty dirty liars.

You will receive those pretty much immediately after your application has been approved.

Hold The Date! YYCFanFair comes to you next on August 22nd, 2026.

We expect to open the applications some time in late October. Approvals won't be until the spring. Please note that an application is not guaranteed participation in the show. We curate the show and work to find the best mix of vendors and artists.

Changes for vendors and artists will be posted in the FAQ on the website before we open applications.

And thats all they wrote for our 2025 show! Thank you to all the vendors, artists, volunteers and visitors that came to YYCFanFair for our second year! We were busy all day long and some great interactions were had! We look forward to seeing you next year.

We appreciate everyone who donated to the Canadian Veteran's Food Bank and got an extra entry into the draws! We did the draw at 3:30 PM for the great prizes provided by some of our partners in the show. They are listed below and will be contacted directly by Steven from our team to get them to you:
