3 Tiny End of Season Admin Tasks Before Summer Takes Over ✨🌺🌴☀️🦩🥥
Right now, everyone’s mentally checked out of dance and into Summer. The patios are packed, the dance bags are hanging on by a thread, and somebody in your house has already lost a flip flop.
But before we fully disappear into vacation mode, iced coffee runs, and “wait…what day is it?” energy, here are three end-of-season tasks that will make future-you feel organized, unbothered, and wildly ahead of the game:
🌺 Pre-School Passport Party:
Preschool parents, this is your cue to flip through your dancer’s passport and read their end-of-year comments. Trust us, the sweet little notes, milestones, and confidence boosts inside are the kind of memories you’ll want to hold onto forever.
🌺 Lost & Found The Sequel
: The studio Lost & Found is currently starring abandoned hoodies, mystery water bottles, lonely dance shoes, and at least three items everyone thinks “definitely aren’t ours.” Stop by the lobby before the final day of classes to claim your dancer’s things before unclaimed items are donated.
🌺 Main Character Move: Register Early
Summer camps and Fall classes are officially open for registration and the popular classes always fill-up fast. If your dancer already has their eye on next season, now’s the time to lock it in. 🌺 🌊🌴🍍
Okay perfect, admin complete. You are officially cleared to return to beach days, out-of-office energy and pretending the dance bag cleaned itself.
