Burlesque Burn Calgary Burlesque Burn is a fitness and dance class combined. Have a great time discovering confidence, glamour and community in a safe and supportive environment.

Burlesque Burn is a fitness and dance class combined - a 20 minute workout (which you can do all week at home), followed by 40 minutes of dance. You will learn a choreography to perform at the end of session show as well as important life skills to carry with you forever (uh, hello, The Hustle is absolutely a life skill)! Burlesque Burn also offers unique workshops you'll have to check back often

to see announced! We're also a fantastic and fun option for team building, bachelorette parties, birthdays and celebrations - contact us to bring some sexy sass to your next event. This week at Burly Essentials: Bump & Grind 101!
Wednesday at 7:15 we're delving into the classic art of the Bump & Grind! Learn a fun and flirty sequence focusing on hitting all those punchy beats and playing with the slow build. Learn to use your curves to add the punchline to your sequences, all while feeling like a classic Vegas Burly star! Let's indulge in a little bite-size Burlesque to keep us moving, learning, dancing and playing together!

Burly Essentials drop in: It's just what it sounds like - a no-commitment crash course on some of the many aspects of Burlesque and dance. Every class focuses on something different and every week has a new set of combos and choreography to learn. We'll do a full body stretch and warm up before honing in on your new skills.

Wear clothes you can move in (think yoga, dance or gym clothes) and indoor dance shoes, dress shoes or heels (2" - 3" or under is best)!

The 75 minute Burlesque Drop in class is $25, or 4 / $85. Or 6-class pass for $125 (you can share punch cards and they don't expire!)

Classes are held at Free Spirit Dance located at 112 16 Ave NW.
Please note: Our studio entrance is *at the back* of the building.

Parking:
Parking is in the back and the entrance to our studio is at the back.
When you arrive you can park anywhere it says "Diamond Parking". You will register your license plate inside the studio.
There is also free street parking on 17 Ave.
Alternatively, you can also park on 1 street NW which is beside the Unitarian Church and beside Balmoral School. If you park on 1 st NW, walk down the alley and you will see the studio on the right hand side after the construction, you can't miss it!

TONIGHT at 7:15 we're going to focus on finding that sultry sweet spot in your cheesecake act! Keeping things lighthearted and fun with a mini-choreography packed with 'crush-next-door' attitude, this class will put the wink in your flirt! Let's indulge in a little bite-size Burlesque to keep us moving, learning, dancing and playing together!
