Burlesque Burn is a fitness and dance class combined. Have a great time discovering confidence, glamour and community in a safe and supportive environment.

Burlesque Burn is a fitness and dance class combined - a 20 minute workout (which you can do all week at home), followed by 40 minutes of dance. You will learn a choreography to perform at the end of session show as well as important life skills to carry with you forever (uh, hello, The Hustle is absolutely a life skill)! Burlesque Burn also offers unique workshops you'll have to check back often

to see announced! We're also a fantastic and fun option for team building, bachelorette parties, birthdays and celebrations - contact us to bring some sexy sass to your next event. This week at Burly Essentials: Amped Up Sexy!
This WEDNESDAY at 7:15 we're we're breaking down the art of seduction in a slow and sultry tease, sure to get the temperature up! We will explore the power of the gaze and moving with intention while learning a hot and heavy sequence that will leave your audience breathing hard!

Burly Essentials drop in: It's just what it sounds like - a no-commitment crash course on some of the many aspects of Burlesque and dance. Every class focuses on something different and every week has a new set of combos and choreography to learn. We'll do a full body stretch and warm up before honing in on your new skills. Let's indulge in a little bite-size Burlesque to keep us moving, learning, dancing and playing together!

Wear clothes you can move in (think yoga, dance or gym clothes) and indoor dance shoes, dress shoes or heels (2" - 3" or under is best)!

The 75 minute Burlesque Drop in class is $25, or 4 / $85. Or 6-class pass for $125 (you can share punch cards and they don't expire!)

This week at Burly Essentials: The art of the Glove Peel!
TONIGHT at 7:15 we're learning all about the art of the Glove Peel. A glamorous Burly staple, gloves are a refined and elegant accessory that offer up a multitude of seductive options when taking them off!

Begin the class with some light stretching, followed by a focus on the art of the glove peel while you learn tricks and sequences we build into a mini choreography!

This new offering is an homage to legendary choreographer Bob Fosse and his unique blend of jazz, vaudeville and theatre. Introducing groovy physical expression into the Burlesque context, prepare to move in new ways with a totally new story to tell.

Burly Essentials drop in: It's just what it sounds like - a no-commitment crash course on some of the many aspects of Burlesque and dance. Every class focuses on something different and every week has a new set of combos and choreography to learn. We'll do a full body stretch and warm up before honing in on your new skills. Let's indulge in a little bite-size Burlesque to keep us moving, learning, dancing and playing together!

TONIGHT at 7:15 we're we're flipping our lids! Learn to use an irresistibly suave prop in the Burlesque context - the humble hat - to accentuate movement and bring a little flair and magic to your act. Think top hats, bowlers and fedoras - but we’re making it extra alluring!
*A selection of hats provided for use in class - give us a heads up if you plan to attend so we bring enough for everyone!*

Let's indulge in a little bite-size Burlesque to keep us moving, learning, dancing and playing together!
