One of the corporations we had the pleasure of going to teach was with Morgan Stanely!

Here we did the Beaded Orange Shirt Kit and wow they all did so well!!

These sessions aren’t just about the craft, we also encourage open discussions on questions people may be curious to ask about native cultures and history. We teach native history from our own personal stories and knowledge. We share teachings and celebrate native art through a fun, inclusive way

We do so much more than just beading kits, if this is something you are interested in please call us at 4032612650 to discuss your next corporate team building experiences

Talking Stick

In the medicine wheel teachings, we honor the four directions and the elements of earth, wind, fire & water. These will be incorporated into these sticks: when used with intent it will assist in neutralizing negative emotions and help you to speak from the heart. Create your own talking stick and learn how to use it in ceremony & meetings.

Sweetgrass is one of the medicines we carry here in Moonstone Creation. We have 3 families who harvest for us, following the correct protocol.

But have you ever wondered about the teachings behind the braids?

It is important to understand the medicines you are using, and treat it with the upmost respect.

Here are some teachings Marty Stompingelk shared. Read, learn, and grow 💚

A successful and fun class!

We went to HSAA to teach the employees not 1… but 2 forms of native art!

1st, they started the day with beading their own orange shirt brooches. Learning and being a part of the discussion of Truth and Reconciliation.

2nd, paused for some yummy bison stew and fry bread 🤤

And 3rd, they made their own talking sticks to bring back to their meetings and family rooms!

A day full of laughter and learning!
