History was made today when a Canadian Team won the Jack Danials BBQ Invitational. Congratulations go out to Smellaque, Janis and Russell Smella and their children Katie & Colin. First International team to win the Jack and the first woman to win as well. The Barbeque on the Bow Society is so happy for them and wishes them the very best of luck at the World BBQ Championships in April 2027 in Las Vegas.

WOW, what a finish for the 2026 Alberta Cup!
Congratulations to EFFIN'EH GRAY'S, the 2026 Alberta Cup Grand Champion!

Reserve Champion BIGG SMOAK BBQ was hot on their heels right down to the final contest, with only a two-point difference between the top two teams.

The Alberta Cup could not have happened without the support of all our event organizers and our title sponsor, Smoker Broker, who provided a YS480 to raffle off and made the trophies for this year's winners.
