Hi ya’ll! It has been ages since I posted anything! I’m back with an update and to share a portrait of a lovely family I painted last year.

Over the past year or so, I took a bit of a hiatus from accepting new commissioned work. I wanted to focus on my conscious coaching business (link in bio), and I was going through some paradigm shifts that I wanted to be fully present for. I had started a process of putting my life under the microscope, examining my belief systems and cultural/parental conditioning about basically everything, including the career that I had so identified my life by.

I had to let that go in order to get to where I am now, which is back with an itch to create. The journey is still unfolding and I have no idea what will happened when I step back into the studio (aside from wrapping up some overdue commissions), but I’m looking forward to finding out. I hope you stay with me. 😊

As an alternative to doing a single family portrait, I did one painting for each person so each child will have their own painting to take with them when they leave the nest. 2/4

Thank you ! I ADORE fashion and love using style as an outlet to express my creative mood, whether it’s elevated or simplistic. Honing my pottery game . Three different clays and a clear glaze for the inside to make it food safe. Fired at cone 6. Probably big enough to hold a short americano or shot or two of espresso. Im still working on consistent sizing and gauging shrinkage Definitely a WIP.
