Farruca is a very intense, dramatic flamenco form, believed to have come from northern Spain.

Many of their lyrics evoke sorrow, suffering and longing.

One of the things I love about flamenco is that it provides a safe space to channel these darker emotions in a healthy way.

We brought the flamenco flavour to the South Calgary Wellness Fair hosted by

Bringing culture to the community is our way of celebrating the diversity that makes Calgary such a great place to live ❤️

We performed a new number that we worked on this summer, and the girls did amazing!

After the show the kids said how much fun they had. As a mom and a dance teacher, those words brought me so much joy and pride 🥹
