Hi everyone! Dan here over at Escape Ops!
It hasn’t been easy but I hope everyone is doing the best they can during these crazy times. A lot of you have reached out asking specifically about the latest game Shrine. As with most small businesses, Escape Ops has slimmed down operations so we can hopefully make it through this pandemic. 3 games on the daily schedule is a bit of a challenge with only myself running the games so the 4th game has been limited to friends, family, and the odd special booking. Due to the overwhelming interest, Shrine can now be requested by filling out our request form. The request form can be filled out in this url: https://forms.gle/ZzYYkzrs2s9e4NV16 or you can also head to www.escapeops.ca and click “request booking slot” under the Shrine game on the main page. Same day bookings are currently unavailable so please plan ahead.
I want to thank every team that helped beta test early August. Every team tested has helped us tweak at least 1 thing in the game getting it to a fair and solvable state. It will continue to be tweaked and polished as it gets more playtime.
Although the future is uncertain, I am still optimistic and passionate about creating new games. The form you fill out will also ask about what game you would like to see in the future, I am excited to see what everyone says.
Finally, thank you all for the love and support. The positive reviews truly make my day and I read every single one. I hope Escape Ops has created some awesome memories for you, your friends, and family. I cannot thank you all enough, I am truly grateful. In these crazy times, please remember to be kind to one another. Hope to see you again!
