Hiyas YYC Performing Arts Guild Community driven group that promotes Filipino culture in Calgary. Hiyas YYC is an innovative and dynamic non-profit organization based in Alberta.

Our mission is to preserve and promote the rich heritage of Philippine folk dances and music, while fostering an environment of cultural exchange and celebration of multiculturalism. At Hiyas YYC, we recognize the power of traditional dances in preserving cultural traditions and passing them on to future generations. Through our programs and initiatives, we aim to create opportunities for individuals to immerse themselves in the beauty and intricacies of Philippine folk dances. By learning and practicing these traditional dances, participants gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the vibrant Philippine culture.
