The Calgary Gymnastics Centre is a leading provider of gymnastics and trampoline sports instruction in Calgary, We offer programs for all ages and levels, beginning at 4 months. Our facilities house three competitive disciplines, as well as adult, recreational, kindergym and preschool programs. In total, the centres provide nationally certified instruction to approximately 3000 non-competitive and

300 competitive athletes each week. Regardless if you are a recreational athlete looking for a little fun and fitness, or an international athlete “Going for the Gold”, the Calgary Gymnastics Centre has it all!

Gym Mites is often a child’s very first structured class — and it’s designed so you and your child experience those first milestones side by side.

This is a parented class for ages 18 months–2.5 years where you’re fully engaged alongside your child. Our coaches lead playful, structured activities, while you guide, encourage, and help your little one stay on task in a space that feels safe and welcoming.
