Since a young girl I felt different. I saw things differently. Did things differently. Always told to sit still. Focus. I'd try my best at both. So to sit still and "focused", I would follow patterns w my eyes. Who knew 35plus years later it'd be the gift I didn't know I had.
As a teen, my Late father taught my sister and I how to practice distance healing. We'd mostly treat eachother when we weren't together. But overtime I started treating other friends or family. I went into body work at 22 yrs young. Graduating massage school only 4 years after high-school.
Two decades later my practice and abilities have grown to a degree sometimes I dont even understand. But I’ve come to realize I dont need to understand, I just need to share
Over 20 years I've completed many trainings. Massage, Reiki, Pre and Post Natal (I love working w womens health),
Body Process (energy scanning), Zero balancing (bone vitality), Manual Osteopathy; Osteoarticular (bone and joint), Visceral manipulation (organs), Craniosacral Therapy (brain sacrum connection), advanced fascia release.
I'm also a yoga instructor and doula (birth coach).
I once had an Elderly Lady ask who the strong female spirit is that works with me.. I discovered my late Great Kokum was also a medicine woman. "You now have all the certificates to do the work Creator gifted you with."- she told me.

I pride myself a Somatic Medical Intuitive. Or Modern Day Medicine Woman. Blending evidence-informed manual therapy with somatic, energetic, spirtual and intuitive guidance. I create a compassionate space where physical discomfort, emotional patterns, and nervous system regulation can be explored together.

My sessions invite a deeper conversation with your body—creating space for clarity, connection, and the power that's already within you. I cannot and do not diagnose, but instead help clients deepen their understanding of what their body may be communicating, bringing awareness to areas that can benefit from healing and support
Rooted in respect, presence, and a belief in the body's innate wisdom and ability to heal itself, each session is tailored to the individual—inviting clarity, connection, and a greater sense of harmony.
