What are your most ridulously dull, random ways of injuring yourself? Last night, I sat on sofa on the Crack left by 2 seat cushions pushed together. I cracked my boohiney Crack,; splitting a little dry, thin skin. Thinking about writing a poem, using the same rhythm as How much wood could a wood chuck chuck. "How many cracks can Granny crack if she cracked a crack with her crack?"

I had asked for hair opinions awhile back, and gotten a lot of opinions and also people that said I should post an update, so...
Here it is 🙂
It's not without a story though!
I cut it myself (non-impulsively, just being cheap 😅) , then impulsively dyed it box blonde. It turned out horrifyingly yellow, even though the box had promised toner, and also pretty strong on the roots. I got into the salon as soon as I could. She also fixed the cut a little bit.
First photo is the blow out from the salon, second it what it looks like natural texture (I'm giving my son's chin a healing kiss after he was complaining about it hurting 😅 I ended up loving that shot though)
Anyways, just for those that were curious!

Since I’ve seen many beautiful love stories on this page, here’s mine. Beware ladies, this isn’t dull. So grab your pearls! Met this gorgeous field geophysicist in Plano, TX while I was in grad school. This is my husband of 45 years (next week) in 1980. I thought he was so ruggedly handsome and finally talked to him at the pool at our apartment complex. While at the pool, my friend encouraged me to start a conversation and that’s how we met! 💕 No banana for scale; I’m a happy 70 yo US woman!

So this isn’t very dull, but I know a lot of dull women have/love horses.
This is Ebenezer aka “Ebbie.” I’m 36 and he’s my very first horse. He came home last night. I rescued him from going to slaughter. We have so much to learn about each other, but I’m so in love with him already. 💜 None of this feels real yet. 😅

I know why I'm so dull, I served in the RCAF for 20+ years, I was a prison guard for 5, I lived in Montréal in my 30s, going to bars every chance I got.
I'll be 60 tomorrow, I've been retired for 4 years, I live alone with 2 digs and 2 cats and I'm dull as hell.
Tomorrow for my 60th, I'm having a bonfire with my BFF and will probably be in bed early.

I escaped an abusive relationship a couple years ago. Now I have a stable and supportive partner, my kids have routine, I have a job I have been at for over a year, I have my pets, all the things I didn't have for 12 years while I was with him that he would say is a miserable and pathetic existence. I am in love with my dull life. Pic of my smiling horse because there seems to be a lot of horse women in this group haha.

My name’s Taylor and I’m 29, with 5 kids, ages ranging from 8 weeks old - 12 yrs old.
Since last july I have temporarily taken over my great grandparents 120 (+?) year old farmhouse in the country, which HUGELY helped me and my family out as we were looking at paying an insane amount for a house. The property has 70 acres - used to 200, but was sold off and allegedly they paid $4200 for the whole house and property 😮‍💨🥲🥲😂🥲. Although my career is somewhat exciting, (makeup artist/lip blush tattoo artist), my absolute favourite things to do are have my warm coffee quietly, bake or make as many meals humanly possible from scratch, (just recently took up gardening!), help my mom with her chickens at her place, and write- short stories, poetry, music, dreams… I realize pretty early on as a young teenager, that I didn’t like partying the way my friends do, only once in a blue moon can I bring myself to have drinks and celebrate with a group, and then I don’t want to leave my house again for another six months lol. I absolutely hate everything about the city, and can’t fathom how people can actually live in the city, especially with children! My kids have their share of tv time for sure, but they also do their chores and outside chores/take care of their pets. I also like to go on hikes or some form of workout so that my kids don’t get a stressed out version of me all the time, and because I like nature.
I suppose I’m what you would call a deep romantic, but also more of a traditional housewife? (I found absolutely nothing in my past made me want to work hard and now I feel purpose with having slowed down and settled into wife/mom life.)
Yesterday I hosted Easter brunch, and decided to take a picture just now with the leftover homemade cinnamon rolls & strawberries, that I baked that I am about to devour with my coffee! I have started reaching out to other farmers for sustainable foods and way of living/meal prepping (though I don’t think I can kill a chicken just yet 🥲) I’m excited to try more gardening this year now that I’m not pregnant 😂❤️‍🩹🐣

I have been buying a lot online recently. Yesterday, I came back from dog walking to find a package on the doorstep. I could not, for the life of me, think what was in it. I checked the label, yes, it's for me. No clue as to who sent it. At about 24" x 14" it was not the much anticipated hair tonic, a bargain at only £69 for 25ml, but promised me thick, shiny, prepubescent locks, so what on earth could it be? I took it indoors, shook it, no clue. My heart rate beating faster, I removed the sticky tape, unfortunately, the box was designed by someone with a great sense of humour, so it took a few moments to actually open it. I was then met with a sea of brown paper. This careful wrapping must conceal something of considerable worth, surely. But what? My heart rate increasing, I pulled this out to reveal - replacement microfiber covers for my steamer mop. And now my dull life continues
