Seven years ago, I picked up a hoop in the heart of the Canadian Rockies—Lake Louise. 💕

I had no idea that one decision would completely change my life!

Looking back at those old mountain photos, I don’t just see someone learning..

I see the beginning of everything🥰

Today, I’m grateful for the land that has held so much of my story—the mountains, the cities, the stages, and the communities I’ve been lucky enough to be part of.

I also recognize that this land carries a painful history and present, especially for Indigenous communities. Today, for me, is both gratitude and reflection.
