"Uprooted," directed by Geraldine Fuenmayor, portrayed the immigrant experience. Actresses Ivanna Soler, Snizhana Bora, Mariana Romero, and Antares Ramírez breathed life into this narrative, skillfully combining storytelling, movement, dance, and captivating audience interaction.

The performances included English dialogue, silent movement sequences, and a touch of Spanish in one of them.

A sincere thank you to everyone involved for your invaluable artistic contributions. Thank you to Antares Ramírez for incorporating her role as an emcee of the Expo Latino Festival into the script, offering a poignant glimpse into her immigrant journey in Canada.

Loved doing theatre for the first time in Spanish with a live audience.
I was very happy to see people I love and give them a hug after a long time, like and who offered me my first opportunity in theatre. Also my dear friend and talented photographer

An anecdote: I did a bit of singing in my act; most of the people were seeing me for the first time and many came to me saying: “you should consider singing, you’re voice is wonderful” 😂 … I had to say: I’m actually a singer who attempts acting 😅
