Here’s what you need to know about Monster Dash and Mini Monster Dash.

Monster Dash 5K is open to runners, walkers, friend groups, families, and anyone who wants to celebrate Halloween with a festive 5K through Burnaby. Costumes are strongly encouraged.

Mini Monster Dash is for kids aged 10 and under, with a 400m run on the track at Swangard Stadium.

What’s included:
Monster Dash 5K participants receive a custom swag bag, chip-timed race bib, and post-race refreshments.

Mini Monster Dash participants receive a goodie bag, finisher medal, and post-race refreshments.

Late registration is now open and spots are limited. There is no race day registration, so make sure to sign up before October 30.

Late registration is officially open for Monster Dash 5K.

Join us on Saturday, October 31 for Burnaby’s annual Halloween run, where costumes are strongly encouraged and festive energy is guaranteed.

Choose your race:
Monster Dash 5K for runners, walkers, and Halloween lovers
Mini Monster Dash 400m for kids 10 and under

All registered participants receive a custom swag bag, and Mini Monster Dash participants receive a goodie bag and finisher medal.

Late registration is $50 and closes October 30. There is no race day registration, so don’t wait too long.
