Your chest should stay in the play.

It sounds simple, but it makes a huge difference. Staying square lets you react, change direction and make your next decision without having to play catch up.

Not sure when or how to start your child with off ice strength and conditioning?

That’s exactly where we can help. The right training at the right age isn’t about lifting heavy or pushing them as hard as possible. It’s about teaching them how to move well, build confidence, develop a foundation, and have FUN.

Sean’s approach combines sport-specific training, current performance research, and real-world experience at the highest levels of competition to help athletes become stronger, faster, and more powerful.

For younger athletes, it’s about more than just getting stronger or faster. We focus on speed, coordination, movement and proper mechanics. Building the foundation for good training habits both on and off the ice.

Whether you’re looking to take your game to the next level, prepare for your upcoming season, or build a stronger foundation, this fall is the time to put in the work.
