Today let's look at "COMMITMENT", another important value of a scrum team.

-A Culture of Responsibility and Dependability-

Imagine communities where people truly honor their commitments either to their families, friends, work, and or society. Everyone would feel a sense of purpose, knowing they play a part in making the world better. Whether it’s volunteering, helping a neighbor, or protecting the environment, commitment would mean that we can count on each other to follow through, making our relationships stronger and communities more resilient.

This is a great value each individual need to exhibit, to make the people around him/her find confidence in.

Can we have a quick chat about the first value of Scrum?

Well, the first is Courage.

- Encouraging Innovation and Resilience -

Courage would empower individuals to embrace change, take calculated risks, and pursue growth despite challenges. Societies would evolve, driven by the willingness to confront global issues and pursue innovations with boldness. This courage would also inspire resilience, as individuals work together to adapt to shifting landscapes and support each other through life’s uncertainties.

Most successful teams use this value as a great tool to solve complex problems.
