Biggest weekend in our preparations for the 2026 Brantford International Villages Cultural Festival!

Our volunteers cut and marinated 400lbs of pork tenderloin last night. Brian at Strodes BBQ & Deli is our official butcher shop! (Thank you Brian for all your love and
support!) Today the meat was skewered, fried and frozen. Tomorrow a small crew will count and finish bagging the frozen skewers.

Thanks to all our dedicated volunteers!

July 8th to 11th will be your chance to enjoy our delicious "City Chicken", and all of our other amazing Ukrainian food!
