A Letter to Playful Fox Productions Patrons, Partners, Sponsors and Friends:

First of all, we wish to thank all of you for your support and love over the last ten years – we are very grateful for everyone’s patronage, kindnesses, help, encouragement and continued assistance for our small theatre business.

That said, we have been deeply troubled by a small group of people in the theatre community, and their acquaintances, who have grown very vocal, mainly through anonymous social media posts, in their hatred of everything “Playful Fox”. These people, provide unsubstantiated misinformation – false information, redacted information, with the purpose to twist dialogue/conversations, or belittle, or shame Playful Fox. What is posted has been deemed as defamatory libel.

We have discussed the situation with the police, and they are carefully scrutinizing these people who are part of the social media posts. In addition, we are engaging a lawyer who is familiar with criminal and civil investigations in Cyber Crime.

Thank you once again for your support and encouragement.
