Very special order. 60 years married!

Gave me nothing but problems from start to finish. Maybe due to me being cocky. Maybe indecisive and changing the design 6-7 times. Then the hospital all last week. Got it done with -14 mins to spare. Actually 14 mins late. BUT Thank god the mail lady was at the post office still at 5:14pm. She said she didn’t know why she hung around!?! I said my guardian angels held you here!! 12” round and a lot of blood (literal) sweat and ALOT of tears!

Dropped it rushing out the door and had to come back to replace the bottom strip. Lost my credit card PIN number, had to pray tap would work, quick trip to the stained glass store this morning for the cane around the edge and some more blue glass- the prices have doubled since COVID. Have to take inventory and recalculate my prices. Seems inflation has hit everything! Going to start my next project in a couple days. But for now let’s pray this makes it to Elliot Lake Thursday!! 🤞🏻

Canada Post has told customers for weeks that it's delivering parcels at 'record levels' due to COVID-19, but there appears to be no end in sight to the delays.

Covid 19 has proven to be more of a pain. This is the message I now receive while tracking orders.

“Deliveries may be delayed as we put safety first. Our call centre agents have no more information about your item.”

If by next week week you haven’t received your order please let me know. It’s been almost 3 weeks and I have some stuck in Mississauga and some delivered and some just lost in space 🤬

For those of you waiting for my last page of orders - please bare with me. I’m getting them done slowly.
To my new followers - I had brain surgery in February of 2018. My head is very very sensitive to the weather and it knocks me out of it for days when the barometric pressure fluctuates. My scar is very sore this weekend.
I am working full time during the week in a high stress essential job and am trying very hard to keep my energy up to get these done. The response was overwhelming. I can’t have anyone over to help make the rolls due to Covid19. The 2 people that could help aren’t allowed over. 😞. I am trying today to get the house at a comfortable temp with the black out curtains all drawn to trick my brain into thinking it’s not raining but it’s not working.

Also. All orders that have been completed have been washed in rubbing alcohol and wrapped in bubble wrap and put in the “quarantine closet” for 4 days just in case any of us in the house are carriers of Covid19. It maybe be excessive BUT I don’t want to take any chances.
A shipment went to BC Friday and I have another one leaving tomorrow. I have paid expedited shipping to get them out faster.

Who thought in a pandemic shipping boxes would be so hard to find?!? We found these at the local cash and carry! 9” little boxes perfect for my toilet paper rolls! Building a wall of boxes to finally ship!
Sorry it’s taken so long everyone. It’s hard to find my normal supplies and stock!

I was making time lapse videos to show you all how the process is but now I can’t figure out how to make it into one video!!
So far today I’ve cut my finger, wiped my face and cut my lip, got glass in my drink and now am on a roll lol literally!!
