Whether you aspire to be a professional dancer or just want to have fun, Dance Discovery has the dance program for you. Established in 1993, Dance Discovery has earned a great reputation for providing quality dance training in a fun, and positive atmosphere. We are committed to bringing out the best in each and every student and building strong self-esteem and a love for dance. At Dance Discovery
we offer recreational and competitive classes. We specialize in all dance forms, including jazz, tap, ballet, hip-hop, acro, lyrical, musical theatre, contemporary, and stretch and strengthen. Students are invited to special events through the year that include birthday parties, Christmas parties, Santa Claus parade, summer barbecues, competitive showcase, and the year end recital at the Sanderson Centre. Dancers from Dance Discovery have performed and have appeared in various films, music videos, T.V. Our students have also performed with the Toronto Raptor’s Dance Pack, Canadian National Tap Team and at Canada’s Wonderland. Dancers have also performed in many community shows and charity events in the local area. Recently they travelled to Disney World where they performed in Hollywood Studios, and took part in the parade in the Magic Kingdom. They have also been recognized for their many talents and performed on City T.V. All students at Dance Discovery perform in the annual year end show that is held at the Sanderson Centre, on the third Saturday in June. This spectacular showcase is very exciting and memorable for everyone.
