The host Cam Toews was raised on southern gospel which lead into country music, starting with acts like Alabama, The Statler Brothers, Ricky Skaggs and Dan Seals. Now as a grumpy old man, he has gone down the rabbit hole of indie and red dirt country and is very opinionated about his taste and distaste in music.
