We want to to provide an opportunity and a platform for amateur artists from the Brandon area to perform live music in front of an audience. It is our goal to produce several live music shows per year by selecting a venue and different artists for each show. Tickets will be sold for each show to the general public. Shows will also be live-streamed so people who can't attend in person can still enj
oy every event. Net proceeds from each show will be donated to the Brandon Area Community Foundation to build up a scholarship fund for Brandon University music students. The Home Grown Band are all working musicians from the Brandon area music scene and are very dedicated to this project and cause. They will provide all of the music for each artist when they perform live. There will be no karaoke acts at these shows, just great live music from all genres and styles. Watch for special themes at future shows and make sure you get your tickets early so you aren't disappointed. If you are curious, the Home Grown Band are the following local musicians:
