Introducing “Interconnectedness,” a visual arts and poetry exhibition by Angelica Candido.

Angelica Candido is a Filipina-Canadian painter, poet, and author whose practice bridges visual art and literature. Her work explores grief, diasporic identity, and transformation through layered, symbolic compositions that weave spirituality, storytelling, and metaphor.

Her book Interconnectedness brings together original paintings and poetry as a meditation on healing and impermanence. Candido’s work has been exhibited at the Clark Centre for the Arts, Dignam Gallery, and Ada Slaight Gallery.
