Paintathon 4 Contest rules!!!!!

Categories
Kids (10 and under) - Single and Large 1st to 3rd
Youth (11 to 17) - Single and Large 1st to 3rd
Adult Beginner - Single and Large 1st to 3rd
Adult Expert - Single and Large 1st to 3rd
Paint N Take - 1 prize per age group
Speed Painting - 1st to 3rd regardless of age

Rules
Miniatures must be painted by the person entering.
Diorama or squad fall under Large category.
You may enter a category multiple times but can only win one prize per category.
Judges and officials have the ability to assign an entry into a certain category as needed.
At time of judging, the contest gallery will be closed to the public do judges can do their thing!
Judges will be available for feedback after the contest is over.

Let's talk Paint-A-Thon Contest! This is the highlight and finale of the day and is geared towards painters of all ages.

Categories:

ADULT 18+
Single figure - 40mm scale or less
Large - Vehicle or Monster in 40mm scale or less, large scale bust or miniature greater than 40mm scale
Unit or Group - squad/party/unit of soldiers
Diorama - single or group on scenic display

YOUNGBLOOD (11-17)
Single figure - 40mm scale or less
Large figure - vehicle, monster, unit, large scale bust or larger miniature

YOUNGLING (0-10)
Single figure - 40mm scale or less

PAINT AND TAKE (Painted that day from paint and take selection)
Adult Single figure
Youngblood Single figure
Youngling Single figure

RULES:
All miniatures must be painted by yourself obviously.
Recent paint jobs are preferred over ones from 12 years ago.
Paint and Take entries are limited to miniatures supplied by the club and painted during the course of the day.
Only one prize per contestant per category so enter your best stuff.
Do not engage the judges while they are conversing and judging.
Judges reserve the right to alter the categories depending on number of entries.
Judges will give feedback, comments and tips if you like.
Deadline for contest entry is 3pm.
Winners and prizes are announced after 4pm.
