Inside Out Dance Academy offers dance lessons in a variety of genres, including Ballet, Cecchetti, Hip Hop, Acro, Jazz, & Tap, Lyrical, Contemporary and more. We pride ourselves on our commitment to our family friendly, positive, nurturing, and encouraging environment with an emphasis on having fun, while learning proper technique safely. We have both a great recreational program enjoyed by many in the Quinte area, as well as an award winning competitive team.

Last weekend saw our third competiton of the season. We only entered 15 routines, and walked away with 11 Overalls, a High Score Award, and Overall Judges Choice!

We took an overall in every single category we were eligible for, including a clean sweep of 1st, 2nd & 3rd place for groups.

Great work dancers, we keep progressing every time!
