Zone Athletics Sports facility offering recreational parkour, tumbling, cheerleading, and preschool programs. We also offer birthday parties, day camps, and facility rentals.

Zone Athletics is the ultimate recreation and sports facility in the Bay of Quinte! We offer recreational parkour, tumbling, cheerleading, and preschool programs for individuals of all abilities ages birth to 18+. We are home to Pegasus Cheer Athletics, Quinte's only All Star cheerleading gym, which has been operating since 2014.

By popular demand, we've now added full week preschool camps for children ages 3 to 5, starting June 22nd 🎉

These camps are the perfect way for your little one to play, learn, and make new friends while you enjoy an easy, stress-free morning.

Camps run from 9:00-11:30 a.m. with free extended care ☀️

Drop off as early as 7:00 a.m. and pick them up as late as 12:00 p.m. - at no extra cost.
