Zone Athletics Sports facility offering recreational parkour, tumbling, cheerleading, and preschool programs. We also offer birthday parties, day camps, and facility rentals.

Zone Athletics is the ultimate recreation and sports facility in the Bay of Quinte! We offer recreational parkour, tumbling, cheerleading, and preschool programs for individuals of all abilities ages birth to 18+. We are home to Pegasus Cheer Athletics, Quinte's only All Star cheerleading gym, which has been operating since 2014.

A reminder that we're closed for our Back to School break 🎒

There are no classes, team practices, or Play Zone during this time.

We also have limited admin staff over the break, so responses may be a little slower than usual.

We'll be back on the mats on Tuesday, September 8th, starting with Play Zone at 9:30 a.m.

Quick heads up on our hours 🎒

We're closed for our Back to School break from August 31st to September 7th.

The one exception: we're open Tuesday, September 1st for Play Zone (9:30 - 11:00 a.m.) and the first PA Day Camp of the 2026-2027 school year.

Regular hours resume September 8th.

This new mobile tumbling program brings fun, structured classes directly to daycares across Quinte and the surroundings areas, from Napanee to Stirling.

Drop your superstar off at The Zone and let us handle the fun and activities.

Campers will play games, make crafts, meet new friends, and have a ton of fun, while also trying cheerleading, tumbling, and parkour.
