First Act Youth Company Offering industry-leading musical theatre training for young artists since 2014. Our innovative training sets us apart from other educational institutions.

We offer one-of-a-kind programming along with foundational training in singing, acting and dance as Musical Theatre is our core focus. We hire industry professionals who inspire and mentor students, with an emphasis on experiential learning and development in every discipline. Our program structure is specifically designed to provide all the skills and tools needed to succeed in the performing arts industry and beyond.

Auditions are almost full for the 2026/2027 Company Programs at FAYC. This year-long program (September - June) provides young performers with industry-leading training in singing, acting and dance, performance opportunities, workshops and preparation for our fully staged year-end musical.

• Young Company (ages 10–14)
• FAYCompany (ages 15–19)

We are looking for mature, hard-working young artists to professionally represent FAYC throughout the 2026/2027 season.

Previous musical theatre training and/or performance experience is required.

Located in Beaverton, Ontario.

Final audition date: Saturday, June 20th

We’re looking for passionate young singers, actors, and dancers who are ready to grow, perform, and be part of an amazing community all season long. From community events to our fully staged spring musical, this is an incredible opportunity to train, create, and make lifelong memories.

Auditions for our 2026/2027 Company & Young Company Programs are nearly full!

We are seeking dedicated singers, actors, and dancers ages 10–19 to join our year-long performance program running September 2026 through June 2027. Successful applicants will represent FAYC at community events while training and rehearsing for a fully staged Spring Musical production.

This is an intensive, audition-based program designed for young performers with a strong passion for musical theatre. Previous training and/or stage experience is considered an asset.

If your performer is looking to grow their skills, gain performance experience, and be part of a supportive and hardworking team, we’d love to see them audition.
