LuPe Leather is a husband and wife team working out of their quaint leather studio in Berwick, Nova Scotia, Canada. Peter was a professional knifemaker for 36 years, a shoulder injury pushed him to the leather side of the business and he hasn’t looked back. Luci has a creative mind as well, she is a visionary in creative design. Together, the first 2 letters of their first names make LuPe. They are focusing on old world skills while adapting new technology into the mix. LuPe Leather

• Wallets are made from 2 options of top-grain tooling leather.
• Belts are made from premium veg-tanned water buffalo.
• Air brushed Fiebing's oil dyes
• Hand burnished surfaces
• Tokonole polished raw surfaces (interior card/bill sleeves)
• Tokonole polished edges
• Machine sewn with nylon thread
• Wallets are hand signed by the maker, Peter Wile.
• Protected with Skidmore's conditioning cream or acrylic resolene

Her signature realistic skies stretch above rolling hills, coastal waters, wildlife, and wonderfully unexpected creatures — creating scenes that feel both familiar and dreamlike.

Raised in a creative family surrounded by books, music, art, and imagination, Alison developed an early love for colour and storytelling. After rediscovering painting later in life, she found a way to bring together the places, memories, and moments that have shaped her journey.

At the heart of Alison’s work is a simple but beautiful idea: there is still wonder to be found in the world around us.
