"Poseidon’s Tender Tide"

This one’s meaning came to life near the end of the process. I just happened to like the colours, shapes and textures together. I needed to fill a corner at some point, so I decided that the character to the left would be Poseidon and I gave him a wavy trident to fill the space. It was working well with some water themes already there, the bubbles, the mirrors (like calm waters), the blue "buoy" etc. I later learned that Poseidon had a few boyfriends (Pelops and Nerites). In q***r spirits, it all connected into a piece that shows the tender "side" (or tide as a fun word play) of the great Poseidon. May we all get to enjoy the depth and complexity in this world!
