YES I personally HAVE gotten many tattoos to stay in people's fingers before.. often needing minimal touch ups..
YES it does warn people on my waiver that everyone's skin is different and the healing and colour in your tattoo can very..
YES its gonna be hard for me to say no moving forward... but NO MEANS NO!!
