Freehand, work in progress πŸ‡

So excited to share some progress photos of the Cormorant project ⭐️
Investing a lot of energy and patience into each tattoo, especially so if it’s made with a freehand technique. Based on the photos from the designing stage you can definitely tell it’s a very much β€˜trust the process’ moment.
That being said, I am blessed with such a wonderful person as Carleen, and her full support from the moment I reached out with an idea!πŸ’—

So glad we finally finished this project the other day! Some parts of it is already healed and the other ones are fresh. I’m looking forward to capturing the fully healed results soon.

Part 1. Freehand design πŸ—‘οΈπŸ₯€

First session for the majestic Cormorant bird with a gothic sword and grape vines wrapped around. Do we see the vision?

Trusting the process is crucial here and I am beyond grateful for Carleen and the way we connected instantly πŸ–€

On those photos we can see a first step of a big project - design, that was done by a freehand technique, with no stencil.

Different marker colours have been used in order to separate the objects in the composition and make it easier to follow.

Can’t wait to share more photos soon and looking forward to seeing the progress!
