Losing my Bruno, my beloved Chihuahua, has been devastating. While grieving, I missed having a little baby beside me and all the unconditional love that Chihuahuas bring.

After some time, I decided to become a foster mom with Tinky Chihuahua Rescue, and I’m so grateful I did. Kristen, who runs the rescue, is an incredibly caring woman who pours her heart into saving these sweet dogs, many of whom have been neglected or abused, and finding them loving forever homes.

My first foster was a tiny, three-pound little girl who had been abused and was understandably very scared. Watching her slowly learn to trust and feel safe was incredibly rewarding. ❤️

There are so many Chihuahuas in need, and rescues like Tinky depend on donations to help with their care.

It’s been a long winter, but I’ve been busy knotting away 🧶
Here are some of the new spring purses and wall hangings I’ve been creating — all handmade macramé by me. I hope to see you Sunday March 22! So come out to the market and give yourself a little springtime treat! You deserve it!!

This one has such a special story 💛
Bruno (my sweet boy🐶) went blind, and along the way we met the most amazing veternarian staff — especially one neurology nurse that we really connected with.
She reached out to me asking for a custom wall hanging to fill a 5’ space, sent a few inspo pics, and let me run with my own design.

Found the perfect branch, tied a lot of knots, and ended up with my biggest wall hanging yet! ✨

My first macramé workshop is in the books! 🪢
I spent the weekend in beautiful Bala teaching a lovely group of 5 women how to make their own plant hangers — and wow, what a day. The cottage, the laughter, the lake views… pure magic.
Everyone left with a plant hanger and a smile. 💛
Feeling so grateful for this creative journey and the amazing people I get to meet along the way.
