A Note from Rove Acres

We have some personal news to share with our Rove Acres community.

This February, our family will be relocating to Winnipeg, where Mallory has accepted a new role as Public Engagement Specialist with the Winnipeg Symphony Orchestra. It’s an exciting professional opportunity and a meaningful next chapter for our family. Chris grew up in Winnipeg and is excited to return home.

Rove Acres has been a deeply special place for us — a space shaped by creativity, care, and community. What began as a simple idea grew into something far richer because of the people who showed up, supported us, and believed in what we were building here.

While our time here has been shorter than we once imagined, and there were many ideas still ahead of us, we’re proud of what took root and excited for what this next chapter will hold.

As part of this transition, we’ll be preparing to list our home and property and will gradually begin sharing and selling items connected to Rove Acres in the weeks ahead. We wanted our community to hear this directly from us first.

We’re carrying a great deal of gratitude as we step forward, and we’re so thankful for the memories, connections, and moments of magic created here.
