Honda Living Well Centre The Honda Living Well Centre is a fitness, wellness, and recreation facility open exclusively to Honda Associates

Our facility is equipped with a variety of cardio and weight training machines, free weights and a studio that hosts all of our fitness classes. We also have an ice rink, baseball diamond, volleyball, tennis and basketball courts.

Hello LWC Members.

Just a friendly reminder that you must be wearing shoes and socks when training here at the facility.

If you are doing a lift where being in socks is beneficial (squats/deadlifts) please make sure you are not walking around and that you do wipe down the floor when you are done!

Please no bare feet at anytime.

Test your lower-body strength and endurance in this month's Squat Challenge! Choose between a 60-second bodyweight squat test or a 75% bodyweight strength endurance challenge and see where you rank on the leaderboard.

Squat Standards

Each repetition must:

Begin standing upright with knees and hips fully extended.
Feet must remain in contact with the floor throughout the repetition (heels may naturally rise slightly depending on individual mobility, but jumping or rebounding is not permitted).
Descend until the hip crease is below the top of the knee (parallel or deeper).
Return to a fully upright position with hips and knees locked out before the next repetition begins.
Maintain control throughout the movement.
