These matching hummingbird tattoos represent Paige’s journey with Type 1 diabetes, symbolizing balance, strength, resilience, life, love, vibrancy, and perseverance. They celebrate who she is beyond her condition. The carnation, her grandma’s favourite flower, represents their special love and enduring bond.

Her mom added the hummingbird and flowers to her existing tattoo, originally created by other artists.
