Here is the first of our Equine Wellness Groups to start this year.
We honour fellow health professionals who have struggled through the pandemic, still getting up to go to work everyday, focusing on everyone else but themselves. Speaking from Frank and my experience as mental health professionals in the pandemic, you need emotional rest, a place to unwind and be yourself, just to be.❤️❤️
We are grateful to be able to provide an EFW group just for you. Thank you Nicole Toren for the poster.

Just finished the new logo for this fantastic company. Check out their equine facilitated wellness programs.

We've received a few inquiries about our upcoming 4 and 6 week programs this spring. The list of all Scheduled Programs (Mindfulness Based Therapies) will be shared in the next day or so. Watch for it!

Equine Facilitated Wellness groups will start in March 2021. Details of those groups will also be shared this week.
