She came in asking for microblading… and I said no.

Not because microblading is a bad treatment.

Because it wasn’t the right treatment for her.

As we age, our skin changes. It can become thinner, softer, and more sensitive. On this type of skin, microblading may not heal as cleanly and can sometimes blur faster over time.

Instead, I recommended a combination of nano hair strokes and ombré shading.

Using a machine allows me to work more gently on mature skin while creating soft, natural-looking brows that are designed to heal beautifully.

The best permanent makeup isn’t about giving clients what they ask for.

That realization completely changed the way I perform lash lifts. ✨

When I first started, I thought better products would automatically give better results.

Over time, I learned something more important.

Two artists can use the exact same products and create completely different results.

Why?

Because products don’t create precision.

The artist does. 🤎

For me, the biggest difference came from slowing down and paying attention to the smallest details before the lifting solutions are even applied. Lash direction, separation, placement, timing, and choosing the right approach for each client’s natural lashes all play a role in the final result.

That’s why I don’t believe in treating every set of lashes the same.

Every client deserves a customized lift, not a cookie-cutter one.
