The Goddess Movement is a studio dedicated to exploring movement, empowering people, and connecting community. Within our space you will find classes that are slightly out-of-the-norm. We like to blur the lines of fitness because fitness is not our goal, encouraging the exploration of whole human beings is! When you walk through our doors, you will be met with nothing but love and respect. You do

not need to “be anything” to come play with us, there are no expectations. Our goal as TGM staff is to welcome you as you are and leave you plenty of room for you to discover, embrace, or re-invent yourself! We ask that you pay that same vibe forward to all the wonderful souls you’ll meet in our studio. Love and respect is what we want to share with this world, movement is our way to get there.

Right now, real art matters more than ever. The kind created in sweaty studios after long work days. The kind built by people pouring their hearts and bodies into something they simply need to create.

Supporting local art is not just about buying a ticket, but witnessing people in their bravest form. It is choosing to keep creativity alive in our own community and making space for the kind of art that asks people to feel something real.

And trust me when I say, these performers have been working their 🍑’s off. We are less than 5 days away from dress rehearsal, and every rehearsal has been full of aching muscles, late nights, laughter, frustration, breakthroughs, and absolute magic.

This month, Ashley’s taking your inside leg hang to the next level. If you already have the shape and you’re ready to make it feel more natural in your movement, this session is designed for that exact point in the process.

You’ll spend the full hour working a single skill with targeted coaching, strength-based drills, ex*****on support, and different ways of approaching the movement so it starts to make sense in your body.

This workshop isn’t about adding something brand new. It’s about taking a move you already know and giving you the time, attention, and tools to actually get it working for you.
