TGM Studio The Goddess Movement - Alternative Fitness and Movement Studio in the Heart of the Fraser Valley. 💖

The Goddess Movement is a studio dedicated to exploring movement, empowering people, and connecting community. Within our space you will find classes that are slightly out-of-the-norm. We like to blur the lines of fitness because fitness is not our goal, encouraging the exploration of whole human beings is! When you walk through our doors, you will be met with nothing but love and respect. You do not need to “be anything” to come play with us, there are no expectations. Our goal as TGM staff is to welcome you as you are and leave you plenty of room for you to discover, embrace, or re-invent yourself! We ask that you pay that same vibe forward to all the wonderful souls you’ll meet in our studio. Love and respect is what we want to share with this world, movement is our way to get there.

📺 IMPORTANT NOTES 📺

Please take a few moments to read through class descriptions carefully before registering to ensure:

1️⃣ You meet all prerequisite requirements listed for the Specialty Number.
2️⃣ You can commit to Tech/Dress Rehearsal and Show Day.
3️⃣ You can attend ALL scheduled rehearsals.
4️⃣ If you are in a regular LUVEN class, you do not have a number directly before or after your desired specialty numbers.

Because Specialty Numbers are taught as complete performance pieces, missed rehearsals can significantly impact the group’s progress.

Any missed class will require a mandatory paid private session with the instructor to learn the missed material before returning to the group rehearsal.

🦙 Beginner Pole Choreo

🦄 Lap Dance with your Partner

Level: Int-Adv Level workshop, featuring tricks & inverted skills.
Attire: Wear anything you feel comfortable dancing in. All genitalia must be fully covered. There will be a reveal portion of the workshop, which can be done using a t-shirt, robe, or any layer you’re comfortable with.

Thinking about performing in the student showcase, but not really feeling a solo or duo? Enter the Student Showcase group number! ✨

Let Kim guide you through the full journey of performing in a group pole piece for our Student Showcase! This 6-class mini series will take you through learning a slow, sensual choreography while also developing the performance skills needed to turn it into a polished, captivating piece.

No guesswork, no figuring it all out on your own, Kim will guide you through every aspect of performance training, including choreography, musicality, transitions, performance quality, and stage presence.

By the end of the 6-class series, you’ll have a fully rehearsed group piece and be ready to share your work at our in-studio Student Showcase on Saturday, November 21st!
