I have been watching the space revolving for so long with grapevine without commenting. I love this organization, I came to dis organization in 2004 operating in other people's houses as their offices and rehearsing under morula tree ko Kagiso Hall mo distance, its founding area. Ke fitlhetse the likes of the late Lux, Dash, Tebogo and Skuttoh the rest joined along during one mobilization strategy which I developed with the aforementioned members. I remember performing ka 2005 during Culture ko stadium and we charged P800.00, we saved for the legal registration of the organization. The same year I proposed that a seat for Phikwe Theatre be reserved in the DMSAC which was approved by the then DAC Mme Mma Molemogi and the organization gained momentum from there.I proposed affiliation with YOHO in 2004 which we operated as Associate member until we finally signed Affiliation MOU in 2009 December at Adansonia Hotel Ko Francistown. During the DMSAC meetings I proposed gore re fiwe BINGO Club to use as an operation space and got approved. Phikwe Theatre- BCL relationship was proposed by the same person in 2008 which we still enjoy its results. PSI, NSA, YOHO and BNAPS we had a large numbers of people as job seekers not as members joining the organization, some left to the greener pastures and some failed to deliver intended results as stipulated by the Donors and had to depart as the role of the Employment Act of Botswana.Some came under alcohol influence and others shown their true talents of spreading grapevine which they are good at and brought instability within the organization and have gone to plant their talent to existing staff not members. So guys please respect Phikwe Theatre Board and Secretariat beacause you do not have indicators to prove gore indeed the existing structures are not bringforth results or under performing. How can somebody fail to manage himself abo are he can manage a big and highly recognised organization like Phikwe Theatre which we have fought for its success day and night. if u bring a failure to the organization you will be like bring the downfall of the organization.
