Honoring a Living Legacy - George Swabi

Long before today’s music industry took form, George Swabi was already shaping its soul. Since the 1960s, his guitar and voice have carried Botswana’s stories across generations, with timeless works like “Ba Ga MmaNgwato Ba Ga Mabiletsa” etched into our cultural memory.

As a legend to the creative industry, COSBOTS proudly honours his enduring artistry, cultural impact, and lifelong contribution to the creative legacy of our nation.
