NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT – NEW FILM SCREENING
To: Our Loyal Supporters in Xakao and Surrounding Areas
Dear Valued Supporters,
Youth Encounter Productions (YEP) would like to sincerely apologise to all our loyal supporters, friends, families and members of the community in Xakao and surrounding areas for the postponement of our planned New Film Screening, which was scheduled to take place at The Village Church Hall, Xakao, on Friday, 21 August 2026.
Unfortunately, our team will not be able to proceed with the screening as scheduled because we are attending a funeral following the passing of a family member of one of our team members. During this difficult time, we believe it is important for us to stand together with our fellow team member and their family.
We deeply regret any inconvenience, disappointment or disruption this postponement may cause. We understand that many of you have been looking forward to this event, and we truly appreciate your patience, understanding and continued support.
Please be assured that the film screening has NOT been cancelled. A new date and further details will be announced as soon as our team has completed the funeral arrangements and is ready to resume the programme.
Youth Encounter Productions remains grateful for your continued support of local filmmaking, theatre and creative talent. Your support continues to inspire us to tell real-life stories that can educate, entertain and change lives.
We kindly ask you to keep our team member and their family in your thoughts during this difficult time.
